Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1.Sponsor
This promotion (the “Challenge”) is sponsored by DrawGestures, the makers of the DrawGestures figure-drawing app (the “Sponsor”). The Challenge is administered solely by the Sponsor.
2.Eligibility
The Challenge is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) at the time of entry and who have a public Instagram account. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. The Challenge is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and entrants are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws.
3.Entry Period
The Challenge begins on Jun 22, 2026 and ends on Jul 21, 2026 · 11:59 PM EDT (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. The Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device for the Challenge.
4.How to Enter
To enter, during the Entry Period you must:
- Follow @drawgestures on Instagram;
- Create an original drawing of the theme “Movement” using any medium you like — the DrawGestures app, any other drawing app, or traditional materials such as pencil and a sketchbook;
- Post your drawing to your public Instagram account as a feed post or Reel; and
- Tag @drawgestures and include the hashtag #DrawGesturesChallenge in your caption.
Your Instagram profile must remain public from the time of entry through the announcement of the winner so that your entry can be reviewed. Limit: you may submit multiple entries, but each entry must be a distinct, original artwork. Entries that are incomplete, that do not use the hashtag, or that do not otherwise follow these steps will not be counted.
5.Entry Requirements
Each entry must be your own original work, created by you in any medium of your choice (digital or traditional), and must not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party. Entries must not contain content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that, in its sole discretion, violates these rules or Instagram’s terms.
6.Finalist & Winner Selection
At the close of the Entry Period, the 10 eligible entries with the most combined likes and comments will be selected as “Finalists.” The winner will then be selected from among the Finalists by a random draw. Because the winner is drawn at random from the Finalists, every Finalist has an equal chance of winning regardless of follower count. The odds of being selected as the winner depend on the number of Finalists (10).
The random draw and Finalist determination will take place on or around Jul 26, 2026.
7.Prize
One (1) winner will receive: 1 year of DrawGestures Pro, plus a feature on the Sponsor’s Instagram page. The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The winner is responsible for any taxes that may apply.
8.Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via an Instagram direct message and/or a comment from @drawgestures on or around Jul 26, 2026. The winner may be required to respond within seven (7) days. If the winner cannot be contacted, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random draw from the remaining Finalists.
9.Publicity & Rights
By entering, you grant the Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and share your entry and Instagram handle in connection with the Challenge and the promotion of DrawGestures, including on the Sponsor’s website and social channels, with credit to you. You retain ownership of your artwork.
10.Privacy
Information you provide in connection with the Challenge will be used to administer the Challenge in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. The Sponsor will not sell your information.
11.General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Challenge if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Challenge. The Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Challenge. By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims arising out of participation in the Challenge or receipt of any prize.
12.Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you acknowledge that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram, and you release Instagram from any liability in connection with the Challenge.
